General guidelines on science education

Abstract
In order to deal with the challenges which emerge from the world tendency towards globalization and constant transformations, where science and technology combine to offer solutions to our problems, it is expected to have a population capable of facing life with a scientific attitude, it means with a scientifically competent society. Thus in this article nine major guiding axes are proposed based on documental review which can be taken into account for a proper scientific formation, in an informative context, attractive and contextualized into science, technology and society, with ethics, based on equality and with a critical vision and applicable to life
