Creativity and the schizophrenic spectrum.

Abstract
¿Cuál es la relación entre la creatividad y el ―espectro esquizofrénico‖ de la personalidad y de los desórdenes mentales? ¿Pueden las personas con esquizofrenia y condiciones relacionadas tener más potencial creativo que la mayoría de las personas? O por el contrario ¿hay algo de tales condiciones que sea incompatible e incluso que perjudique la capacidad para los pasatiempos creativos y la realización de los mismos? Estas preguntas forman parte del problema más general de la relación entre la creatividad y los desórdenes mentales o emocionales. En mi opinión, tales cuestiones no pueden ser dirigidas fructíferamente sin primero considerar la diversidad de nociones acerca de la creatividad y el proceso creativo, y la probable diversidad de los fenómenos a los cuales estas nociones hacen referencia.
