Abstract

El propósito de este artículo es presentar los resultados de una investigación sobre la relación que tienen la información sobre el trabajo recibida por los candidatos en la entrevista de selección, la satisfacción experimentada en el trabajo y la intención por permanecer en la organización, que se llevó a cabo con una muestra de 344 personas que trabajan en puesto medios y altos en cuatro regiones de México.
