Influencia de la compatibilidad ambiental en la satisfacción laboral

Resumen

El presente estudio analiza la existencia de asociaciones entre la compatibilidad, la preferencia ambiental y la satisfacción laboral en una muestra de 97 empleados administrativos (64.9% varones; edadM= 37.69 años, DE= 9.07). La compatibilidad y preferencia ambiental se evaluaron mediante la Escala de Percepción de Restauración Ambiental Revisada (EPRA-R) y la satisfacción laboral con la Escala de Satisfacción Laboral S21/26. Independientemente de la edad, el sexo y la escolaridad, los resultados mostraron correlaciones positivas, moderadas y significativas entre la compatibilidad y preferencia ambiental con las dimensiones de satisfacción laboral, evidenciando con ello la importancia de tomar en cuenta las necesidades ambientales de las personas para la promoción de la satisfacción laboral.
